What is Salesforce Edition? Salesforce provides set of features to be purchased based up on the requirement of the client. You can imagine Salesforce editions will be similar to the mobile recharge plan. You can choose different plans like talktime alone, mobile data alone and combination talktime + mobile data. Salesforce provides its services in a multi tenant cloud. Just imagine an apartment where tenants are staying by paying rent. Tenants will be sharing the resources like electricity, water based on their need. Apartment maintenance will be taken care by Apartment association. Same concept here in Salesforce also.
